The lawyer for the rocket accident victims in a court case in Florida says a rocket lawyer could help them find answers to their questions.
José Ponce de Leon, the lawyer for plaintiffs in a rocket accident case in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, said on Tuesday that he could help the defendants decide whether they can seek compensatory damages in the lawsuit against them.
“We will be representing the defendants in court,” Ponce De Leon told Al Jazeera.
“I will be providing an expert witness that can give the defendants a legal basis for the damages that they’re seeking.”
Ponce De León said that if the plaintiffs could find the right lawyer, they could have a better chance of getting compensation.
“When you have a lawsuit where a lawyer is involved, you’re able to obtain legal representation,” Pone de León told Al Jazeera.
“So I would expect that there’s more than enough support for the plaintiffs to get damages.”
If the defendants can find a lawyer who is capable of representing them, it’s more likely that the court will award damages.”‘
No matter how you look at it, it was not a rocket’The suit, which was filed in January in a federal court in Tampa, Florida was filed after the plaintiffs claimed they were injured by the May 23, 2017, explosion of a rocket that landed near their home.
The lawsuit said the explosion was caused by an improper detonation of the rocket.
The plaintiffs claim the explosion caused the collapse of their home, and that their homes and businesses were damaged.
The suit also alleged that the explosion could have been avoided if the owners of the property had secured a third party to monitor the rocket launch site.
The plaintiffs said they are seeking compensatory and punitive damages, but are not seeking punitive damages.
The U.S. Department of Justice has not made any public comment about the lawsuit, but the Department of Transportation has said it is looking into the case.”
The U-turn by the US government has been shocking to us,” the plaintiffs’ lawyer, Jose Antonio Garcia, told Al Arabiya News channel.”
It is our hope that the United States government will follow its own laws, which forbid rocket launches from U.N. sites, and the laws of the United Nations and international treaties to determine the cause of the explosion.
“Garcia said he would not disclose the identity of the lawyer representing the plaintiffs, but that he has represented numerous individuals who have filed claims against the government.”
Our goal is to bring justice to these people who have been unjustly persecuted by the United Sates government,” he said.
The US has not commented on the case and the lawyers involved in the case could not immediately be reached for comment.
Ponce de Leones lawyer, who is not related to the plaintiffs and is not associated with the lawsuit group, told reporters that he believed the defendants were trying to avoid having to go to court.”
The case is being heard by US District Judge Michael A. Levarth, who has jurisdiction over the case, and is set to decide on Tuesday whether to dismiss the lawsuit.”
So it seems to be a cynical strategy that they are trying to put in place to prevent a trial.”
