The car was hit by a truck and had to be repaired, but it has now been replaced with a newer one.
The insurance company says that the car has a $30,000 deductible and has been repaired by an independent mechanic.
The accident happened in January 2016, when a truck was driving around a cul-de-sac in Houston, Texas.
An unknown driver was driving erratically, swerving in and out of traffic, and then the driver lost control of the vehicle, causing it to flip over.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene, but police found a number of other people, including an 11-year-old boy and a 14-year old girl, with injuries.
Two people were arrested in connection with the accident, including a 19-year, former driver, who was charged with vehicular homicide.
One of the two, 19-yr-old Kahlil Williams, pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter.
He was sentenced to 18 months in jail and 10 years probation, and was also ordered to complete a sex offender treatment program.
Williams was also charged with driving while intoxicated and reckless driving.
According to the Houston Police Department, Williams had a previous DWI conviction and was found in possession of drugs.
In addition, Williams was also under investigation for alleged sexual assault of a child.
Houston Police have said that Williams was driving without a valid license at the time of the accident.
