Rocket lawyer Kim Kardashesian has been in a bankruptcy court for more than a year, and her attorney says she will continue to represent clients in bankruptcy cases in Nevada, California, Arizona and Colorado.
The Nevada bankruptcy judge has denied her request to stay her in bankruptcy proceedings, meaning that Kardaresi could go back to work and could face sanctions if she stays in bankruptcy court.
Kardashedian is currently suing a California bank, and Kardashingian said in a recent court filing that she is willing to defend clients in the bankruptcy courts in Nevada and California if they need her to.
Kardashesians lawyer told ABC News that Kardshiian has never been in bankruptcy before.
The bankruptcy judge denied her stay request and ordered Kardeshian to stay out of bankruptcy proceedings.
She said she has been on the job for just over two years, but she was previously a bankruptcy attorney.
Kardshiians attorneys told ABC that they will be representing clients in several Nevada bankruptcy court cases, including one where she has represented a man who has been unable to pay his rent.
